Read the questions below. If you cannot find your answer, simply call us. We’ll answer your question and let you know whether you can just bring the garment straight to the shop.

NDG Professional Tailor offers custom tailoring, custom garment creation, clothing alterations, wedding dress and formalwear alterations, and clothing repairs.

No. You can bring your garment directly to the tailor shop during opening hours. Lena can look at the piece, discuss what you want done and explain what may be possible.

Timing depends on the garment, the complexity of the work and the season. After seeing the garment, the shop can confirm what is possible and the expected timing.

It is best to have the dress assessed early enough to leave time for fittings. The number of fittings depends on the dress and the changes required.

Bring the shoes and undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear because they can affect length and how the dress sits.

Yes. Silk, satin, lace, tulle, beading and embroidery require extra care. The garment should be seen in person so the best alteration or repair approach can be confirmed.

Yes. These are common repair requests. Lena needs to see the garment to confirm the right repair for its fabric, wear and construction.

Yes. You can bring in a new or previously worn garment for adjustments to length, waist, sleeves, shoulders or other areas depending on how the garment is constructed.
